In 2016, NouSol began working on the American continent in Ecuador, working in a network with the Atasim Foundation, within our line of work to improve sexual and reproductive health.
Latin America has a rich ancestral tradition in this subject, thanks to the knowledge inherited from traditional midwives. This is why different international and local programs have been launched for years in order to empower these midwives who work in remote or inaccessible places. Thanks to these actions, they are managing to lower maternal and child mortality rates
Sexual and reproductive health in all its dimensions is NouSol’s priority in the Americas.
